Private Cruise Refund Policy

Any payments will be refunded if there are unsafe conditions the day of departure that would cause us to cancel. You may cancel for any reason before one week of your cruise, and also receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel within the week of your reservation, we hold $100 for a late cancelation fee. If you do not show up before the departure time, you will miss the cruise and there will be no refund.
